Executive Bio

Victoria Goncharova is a seasoned Chief Financial Officer and trusted advisor with more than 20 years of experience leading financial operations across private equity, real estate, venture capital, and alternative investments. A Certified Public Accountant, Victoria has built a career driving profitability, operational excellence, and long-term value creation for investment managers, financial institutions, and portfolio companies.

Currently, Victoria is the Founder and CEO of Lenox Hill CPA, where they provide strategic CFO and consulting services to private equity and real estate platforms. In this role, Victoria has led large-scale platform optimization initiatives, including the successful conversion and migration and lift-out of over $150 billion in assets under management and the assessment of operational systems supporting more than $300 billion in assets under management. Victoria also advises global asset managers on all aspects of finance, operations and investor reporting.

Previously, Victoria served as Managing Director of CFO Services at IQ-EQ, overseeing outsourced CFO services for more than 30 alternative investment managers. There, Victoria was responsible for the financial operations of management companies, general partners, and fund entities, while leading business development, client onboarding, and global service teams. Through strategic offshoring and process optimization initiatives, Victoria delivered measurable cost savings, improved scalability, and enhanced profitability across the platform.

Earlier in her career, Victoria held senior leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase, AXA Real Estate Investment Managers and other leading financial institutions. At JPMorgan, Victoria led large, globally distributed teams servicing over $33 billion in assets under management, presented to boards and investors, and played a key role in audit governance, technology transformation, and client growth initiatives. Across prior roles, Victoria consistently delivered cost reductions, strengthened controls, improved reporting accuracy, and supported complex investment structures and joint ventures across private equity and credit markets.

In addition to executive leadership roles, Victoria serves on multiple advisory and governing boards, including the CFO Alliance Global Advisory Board, and provides CFO advisory services to emerging growth companies. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Public Accounting from Pace University and completed the Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment Program at MIT. She is a New York-licensed CPA and Real Estate Broker and an active member of several professional finance organizations.
